Happy New Year everyone ! Has anyone built the MB339 kit from DL Aeromodel. Not the Arf version which is no longer available. Also is the discontinued Red Arrow Hawk From JHH available anywhere else. This smaller size seems well suited to my needs Thanks to all. Doug

Yes, I have the none ARF version of the MB-339. I have approx 200 flights on the aircraft with a Ram 500. Also, have 58 flights with a ducted fan proior to turbine installation. The plane flys very good, and scale like with a Ram 500. It does tend to float on landing, and would recommend some crow on the ailerons. The kit is not complicated to build and the intruction manual is very good. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Later,
Jason

Hi Jason thanks for the info. I think I am going to order the kit and I've asked them to kindly reinforce the main formers with carbon fibre sheet mat'l. This area concerns me as there is no thru-spar to connect the wing halves. Do you remove your wings for transport? Did you make any mods to the air frame. I think I'm going to power mine with wren or jde 54 kit version to save $. Did you get yours from DL Aeromodel? Talk later Doug

I see some interest in the MB 339. I have a brand new, sealed in the box ARF version from Cermark (DL Aeromodeles.) It is the all-white version.
I suddenly have no time for the hobby, due to work and a recent marriage. So I am selling it.
It is listed on R/C Universe for $900 (the cost of the kit.) I am open to offers.
Thanks,
Peter

I take off my wings for transport. It has been a great plane all around takes a beating and keeps coming back for another flight. Although, I think I am going to retire it and move the parts into a new jet.
