Glassing a wing

I will be glassing my first foam wing soon and i have told there are several ways. My question is using epoxy better than poylester? Thanks for any help.

If it is a balsa sheeted foam wing you can use either. My preference is epoxy. If it is a foam (not sheeted) wing the polyester resin will turn it into a mass of goo.
