Default Kangaroo Hinging

I am looking for advice on the best way to hinge a kangaroo. This is the older (foam wing) kit. The intructions say to use the top hinging method using robart hinges. is this a satisfactory way of hinging. Is is strong enough to glue the hinges to the balsa facing, and the foam cores of the flying surfaces.
thanks
Don

i rather use robart hinge points at the center of the surface and i cap leading edge of aileron with 1/4 balsa sheet ant bevel, then i insert the hinge points with 45 min epoxy.works perfectly.
all the best/fred

I used their recommended method.
Use plenty of epoxy, mine has 164 flights on it and they're still tight.
