I was running one of my MW54's today and got a speed low error message and then it flamed out. Does anyone know what that is referring to? I don't have anything that tells me what the messages mean.
Thanks for any help.

Got the rather comprehensive [:-] FADEC manual here in my hand ....first off check all your plug connections into and out off the FADEC....especially the speed pick up one.... what standard of FADEC do you have..?

Are you sure it shows "Speed low" before it flames out and not straight after? If the engine stops due to fuel or what ever then it will show this simply because fuel flow was intrupted> the rpm dropped below minRPM> the ECU shuts the engine down but of cause it was already flamed out at that point. It then displays Speed low.
If you are right about when it displays the Speed low, then It is most likely to be your RPM sensor at fault.

It displayed a speed low message and then stopped and displayed a flame out message.
It is a basic Fadec ECU. My engines are not auto-start.
Where did you get a manual for it? I just received an ECU when I ordered it from Wren with no instructions.
Thanks.

Thanks for the link.
The compressor was rubbing on the intake cone. I think that was what caused the problem. I needed a new compressor nut to run it again, but haven't received it yet.
