Duralite batteries, A+ service

Upon installing Li-ions in my Gripen, I made a mistake, and hooked them directly to the regulators and then to the switch. (should be Li-ons, switch, then regulators). This resulted in a small current drain on the batteries and basically ruined them. I contacted Duralite and they were helpful in diagnosing the problem (note to self....read the instructions
) and are sending out two more. I'm still paying for the new batteries, but they did give a discount, which I am appreciative of, since it was my mistake. Thanks for the good service Duralite.

Ya, these guys are first class. I had two batteries do the same thing (not on a regulator drain) but just went south for no apparent reason.
Had new ones in a few days.
I've bought over a thousand dollars worth of their stuff, consider it a great value.

and its around 100-200 mah / 6.5 min for me... I just don't think we need 4000 mah..
I run 2 x 1650 AAs and still charge every 2-3 flights... I am about to switch to 2 x 1200 Li-po (flat packs)
and save 1.0 lbs... thats a lot of weight..
I guess it can't hurt..
