PST Turbines has one but I don't know if they sell it independently. Wouldn't hurt to send them an e-mail to find out.

What is the reason for a two piece tank? The only thing I can think of is so that you can open it to clean it, if you had to. But I've never heard of someone needing to do that. Any ideas?

Try AMT NL...Bennie Van de Goor has a two piece propane tank set up for turbines with a 70% liquid fill capacity....works great. Maybe available thru Tom Cook at Jet Model Products.....US distributor for AMT NL.
