Here's some pics of Ray Cannon's electric models. He's a really innovative modeler from Camarillo. I get to test fly his creations.
First is an XB-70 with 4 EDF's. It has retracts and doors, along with an operable canard. We've got it in the air twice now. It flies, but is a little marginal on power. Ray is building a Wren 54 for it now.

Here's another Ray creation. It's a twin EDF Martin Seamaster Jet Seaplane. I've flown it several times off land, and it has been flown off water. In this pic it has a foam tub Ray made to operate it off land.

OK, it's not a jet, but it's still pretty neat. Ray built this B-36 with 6 speed 400's. No jets, just dummies on the wings. This B-36 is modeled after one that carried a nuclear reactor. The model flies, but is a little heavy for the available power.

ok?????!!? I just gotta know do the first four pictorial masterpieces do they fly "every" Sunday or what?????????????? or do they fly only at events????????? what's the deal????????
p.s. personally I would only fly them (if I had ownership) at shows or only once to twice a year.

Hello rcdfnut. I own the first two models (Sabre/Bandit). I try to fly them as much as possible. Usually I only have time to put in around 20 flights per month.
