I got this from a friend..

I'm wondering how much thrust is possible to get from a turbine using such a compressor...

is sitting nearby a RAM500 compressor...

that looks like a compressor out of a 88 or 101mm turbo that are used on drag cars.. If its one of those, i know its good for about 1500+ horsepower on a car... so i'm guessin it put out probly 100lbs of thrust?

Might be enought to get the Ram up to 18 lbs !! [>:]
