We had a good time there this past weekend, and the airport lets rc guy's fly there all the time. Tommy put the frist flight on his Boomerang, and did a great job with it.

The strip is in Pulaski, TN, about 30 miles south of Columbia, the former site of TN Jets. This airport is nice, however only has one taxiway. The manager is a really nice guy who lets us fly there. We are working on the all the particulars but beleive we can pull this off. NOt as crowded across the runway as Columbia and now where as busy. We were there most all day Sunday and only saw two planes. One left the airport, and then we saw a very ancient Caravelle lumber across the field at about 2000 feet headed south. Really a nice day.

Let me correct that, I was told it was a Caravell, but this was an old two engine prop job (transport type) aircraft with a skinny tail. It was grey-green, could not see the markings for the haze.

Hey Guys,
I was in Pulaski yesterday, kinda just driving through. We stopped at a restaurant to eat. I asked our waiter where the airport was and he had no idea. I thought that was funny being he had been there forever. I did see the sign but couldn't swing by as we were kinda behind schedule. It does seem like a cool place to have a jet meet.

Mike, we need to get together and go down soon. I know Scott will want some more stick time on the 86 before he goes to Hungary.

Guess where I sent mine Monday. I guess they will all have an issue at some point. I heard a resonance at high rpm. Could be bearing. Although, I only have less than 80 flights on it. We will see hopefully next week they can tell me what's up.
