My Feedback: (119)
I got inspired by a guy named Stef De Wit in Belgium, who showed me his plug for a 91 sized F-84...I had blown down the old Walt Musciano F-84 to about 30 inches last winter, thinking of doing it in balsa, but Stef just kind of motivated me to move faster, and I whipped this up out of foam. Not used to working with foam, learning some new techniques, but boy, it's a fast way of making a prototype. This will have kamdax power, should fly in a week or two...

He needs to get something newer than that Sabre to put the wren into...
I saw him yesterday, gave him some old airliner kits to give to his son's father in law, who he went to see in the UK.
We went out flying a couple of times, he has a new Art Chester Jeep, it's VERY nice, but he pranged it the other day taking off with the ailerons disconnected. It will be repaired.
He has a VERY nice Me-163 from the Brian Taylor plans, as of yet unflown, but he did a great job.
I need to steer him into a project where he HAS to buy a turbine, get him well stuck into the project so he can't turn back and he HAS to write the check!

"I saw him yesterday, gave him some old airliner kits to give to his son's father in law" That'll be Peter! He was our neighbour for years!
Silas told me about the the Jeep crash..[
] shame.....But good luck converting him to turbine. He told me he's not too bothered about building jets of any kind because "while my regular field is close, the jet field is a hassel to get to" You'll have to tell him that modern day jets are designed for short/bumpy grass fields! Have to find him a plan for a Baby Boomerang, as he doesn't strike me as being overly happy with ARTF's (ARF's).
