The has come to change my tires out of the Enforcer so I went to work. I fallowed their instructions to removed the screws, cut the tire out of the rime with exacto knife, then slide the tire on the rime, but how? the tire is so hard that it is near impossible to stretch it, the I thought maybe my WIFE can help, so I went to her domains ( the bathroom ) there I found many battles of shampoo and creams then, !!! I founded !!!! I took the cap off one of the shampoo battles that looks like the tool that BVM recommends to use to do the job, I fill it up with paper to prevent it from collapsing and to seat the rim then added a small amount of shampoo to help the tire slide and it did, it slided right on the rime without any problems at all after that instead of drilling the holes in the tire I burned them because I was concerned that I was going to damage the treads in the rim, just used my good old torch and a thin gage wire.
