Metroplex Jets II
I can only speak for Friday because I couldn't make it out on Saturday but - although there were not very many people there it was a fine example of the incredibly helpful people in this hobby! It was a great day for me because I finally had my first solo ducted fan flight! In fact many of them. I burned a whole gallon of wildcat on Friday. None of it would have been possible without the help of Joey Tamez - he test flew my F15 and spotted for me also. For those of you that know Joey you already know what a great pilot/guy he is! I owe him a few cold ones for getting me in the air so quick! I was amazed by how well/easy the TG F15 flies! It was very enjoyable once I settled down! Here are some pics from Friday:

Joey Tamez's AD F-16 on takeoff.............. Hey Joey, check out the left wheel in this pic - I took this right as it was passing me on takeoff - I forgot I even took this picture! Figured you would find it interesting!
