Mamba engine certification

The SWB-11 Mamba engine has been certified by the AMA. Initial Beta testing results look very good.

The engine is an air automatic start, which means the ECU handles the phasing in of both propane and liquid fuel for safe and very reliable starting. The startup sequence is cued by application of compressed air to the engine.
The engine system costs $2495, coming ready to fly. The engine produces between 12 and 13 lb thrust in our test cell, is 3.5 " in diameter.
