This weekend, the 19th and 20th, get in all the flying you can before the snow flies. We are holding the 1st annual Fall Fling!
complete with hot coffee and chili. To be held at the Winamac Aeromodlers Airfield. Anyone can come and fly whatever you brought with you. If you bring an airplane with one of those paint mixers on the front be prepared to take a back seat to a turbine powered bird. Please sign in with an RSVP e-mail to RCU on this post. Hope to see all the locals and some not so locals this weekend.

Hey tim We'll be there if the weather looks good!! Saturday only though. Ehhhhh so what if it's 11 hours of driving for only 4 hours of flying! It will be worth it!

I checked the Winamac weather on line and it looks like it will be cloudy over the weekend with temperatures around 50 degrees both days. Winds at around 10 mph both days as well.
For anyone who would like to check you can type in "Winamac weather" as a search and find plenty of forecasts for Winamac. No rain predicted that I could see. Looks good!!

Fall Fling,How did it get that name ?
Does'nt sound like a professional name for a jet event. My guess is that the guy putting it together is a clown.
See you sat. and sun.

Tim,
Re:Answer to your Question is good question.I don't know for sure
as i think you have to pay a fee for the show teams appearance.
What you might do is call Don K. and see if he can talk to the team and see if you can at least secure the local team member in the Chicago area.
Good Luck,
Chuck
