Heart of Ohio Update & Whose Comming
The event is getting close, and the motels are getting full. We have negotiated a discounted price for the Hampton Inn at S.R 35 and I 71 for additional rooms. Phone is 740-948-9499. I have been working with the AMA, the Airport manager, and through him the FAA, and barring some unforeseen disaster, we have a very workable plan for the use of the airport. AMT has rented two 20'X40' tents and has invited all AMT pilots to come pit with them. The full scale Venom is lined up for the noon time airshows, and it should be a great weekend. Don't forget about the shopping excursion for the ladies on Saturday. The city of Washington Courthouse and the TORKS organization welcomes everyone to this great event. BigT

Guys ... I just found out that I will not be able to make it. I had reserved two rooms at the Country Hearth and just canceled them. Not sure if they were full or not, but if so give them a call quick and you may be able to get the ones I had.
After going up last year and being disappointed in not being able to fly, I was looking forward to this one. Have a great time ... I'll miss being there!

Don't forget about the Golf Outing on Thursday! The deadline for Registration has been extended until mid next week. This is going to be a great outing as we have a lot of prizes and activites planned. Check out the TORKS website for more information!
