Default Why are Spring Air so slow?

On a number of occasions I have tried to buy Spring Air retracts. It seems that if my local stockist doesn't have them then there is no point ordering as I don't know if I'm ever going to get them.

In the past I have put two sets on back order (with different people) and never received them. This week I tried to get another set and the dealer would not take my order because his back order from February had not been delivered, and he did not know when/or if he would ever receive them.

Does anyone else have problems getting hold of SpringAir gear? Does anyone know if they simply have trouble keeping up with demand or if us, in Europe, are at the end of the queue to get our stuff. I find it extremely frustrating that a company with such a good product is so slow to fulfill orders[&o]

They got hit by a hurricane, and have had problems getting back up to speed.
The best thing to do is pick up the phone and talk direct, Bill Watton and his wife are the nicest people in the world(they are Brits!) and they will give you an honest answer about what they can and cannot do, and they will even give you a discount for ordering direct.

Didn't know about the hurricane but they are cronically slow on delivery. I have 10 sets of 602's on order for going on 3+ months now. They must be really behind because they won't even give an estimated delivery date these days. In years past they'd say a few weeks or a month and deliver in 2.

And yes, they are very nice folks. But still, I've been ordering from them for 3 or 4 years and always waited, never been shipped something from stock except for 1 nose gear steering arm and some T's one time.
