I bought hysol 9462 and some mixer nozzles in McMaster. The cartridge has a 'twist lock', but the mix nozzle has a rounded end. I can't figure out how to connect the nozzle to the cartridge[:@]. Seems like the rounded end of the nozzle is too big to get between the plastic !QUOT!locks!QUOT! in the cartridge (the ones that hold the cap for the cartridge)
Nozzle PN is 74695A25 (McMaster Twist-lock mixe nozzle)
Do I have the wrong type of nozzle?

Looks like the wrong one to me. In a pinch if you need to use the glue. just squirt some on a mixing board with your gun and mix it up just as you would regular epoxy. I do that all the time if I don't need the nozzle to reach some inaccessable spot in the aircraft. Saves wasting glue and cleaning the nozzle, too.

I think you need the Push-On Bayonet style mixing tip. I think the ones I use are McMaster-Carr #74695A58. Go see your friendly dentist and ask for a couple of the ones they use for mixing impression material.
