Default New Avonds Jets

Did anyone pick up any info regarding the new Avonds all composite F-15 or his composite winged F-16 at the Jetpower show? A picture of what I assume was his new F-15 was in the other thread.

Also, any more info on the Hunters from HT-Modelbau?

Thanks

Paul

I had a chance to talk with Philipe about his new F-15 and watch the airframe closely. Seems to be a very nice plane. All with panel lines etc. It comes complete with double walled pipe and composit conformal fuel cells. Very nice. As we talked about weight, Philipe took the airframe and put it into my hands, seems to be really light. He talks about 10,5kg ready to fly (dry). Engine setup should be 120, 160 would be overkill he said.

Regards
Thomas

price was 2290 euros at the show including molded tanks ans tailpipe. I was also impressed with the quality , the main hatch for example was nearly invisible from a few feet. The inlets have been redesigned and are now low drag. the kit will also come with separatly molded airbrake and scale tailnozzles. sadly I forgot my camera....hopefully someone wil post some

Didn´t take a single shot on my Digicam, but made some video footage. Have to import it onto my PC, but that will have to wait till after Nitro Days at this weekend.

Hi

I went over to see Philip and pick up a new plane (not a F15). However, did see the new F15 in all it's glory. Very very scale, really good. Highly detailed, very similar size to the old one but a thousand times better.

Hey guys

How did the gear door come out. Does it have a internal lip for the doors to sit in, to make installation easyer..

Any new updates like when they will be ready to ship? any panel lines, rivets, scale doors, scale gear, movable inlets and how scale is it compared to other kits like air magic or yellow?
