Has anyone ordered the BVM Logo sheet recently?

I ordered one a few months ago, and have not recieved it.
My mail has not been responded to either.

Anyone know if the are out of town or to any jet events since they do not answer?
Im not very good on the phone, thats why I rather e-mail them.
