Try the Gas Turbine Builders Association, this is probably a good place to start

Default books

Do yourself a BIG favour, and first go buy a copy of Radio Control Jets International. (if not available, I think RCM also has Traplet ads in it). Then order from Traplet Publications the following books: Kurt Shrecklings book on Model Turbines, and Thomas Kamps book on Model Turbines. Read these two books, then read them again! A wealth of information.

You can also buy plans for building a KJ66 engine, the design that started the turbine revolution. See the Artes Jets website (do a search on Artes Jets). You can also buy a set of detailed machine drawings and instructions for building a Wren MW54 (smaller size trubine) from Wren in the UK. See the website for them (do a search on Wren MW54).

Then, you can check out the Gas Turbine Builders Assoc. at the previous location. They have an excellent newsletter you can get all back issues.

Thats what you should do!

Good luck,
Andrew Coholic
