It's been quite a while since I have seen an Isobar fly anywhere. Is anybody still flying one? Is a kit still offered?

I liked mine quite well until it was lost. A while back I got a short kit from Eddie that I hope to get in the air someday. A good plane.

Awww, c'mon! NOBODY knows anything about any Isobars? I can't believe this design has gone the way of the dinosaurs so quickly. Somebody must be flying them somewhere, and I know there was a kit being sold for a while.

Eddie? You out there? What about the legendary Megabar?

For some reason I really like Isobars and would like to hear about some that are out there flying.

I have kit that I will be building this winter. RPM-tech was selling them, but I am not sure if they still are.

Hey woketman....thats an airplane not a rocket (just in case you had th two confused). I remember what you said about them having their own stand built in. LOL.

It comes in handy. Now, if I can just morph this thing into a Single Stage To Orbit (SSTO) flight demonstrator and an ISS re-supply contract from NASA, I'll be on Easy Street!
