Hello,
I am considering to buy a RAM 750 turbine that it is new in box, it has not been used; but i have two concerns:
How good is the RASM Turbnine compared to a Simjet 2300?
Do we still have someone in the US that can repair this turbines?
Thanks,
Alfredo.

First I will tell you that you cannot compare a RAM to a SIMJUNK. Ram is still one of the best engines out there. The best place in the US to get RAM engines repaired is Modellbau-usa. Hope this helps.

Modellbau USA still sells and services the RAM designed turbines. I found their service to be outstanding at a very reasonable price.

i wish moddelbau would just sell thier T engines under the Ram name. Thats what they are.. The engines are good as far as i know, i have had 2 old rams 750's and they ran fine. Im sure the NEW updated T engines are just as good or better..Just a shame that the original 500's gave trouble and caused them to loose out... Russ

Did not say they were junk.. Said the had issues that unfortunatley helped them to loose market share.. Issues that should have been corrected before they were ever originally sold... Russ
