Power expander?

Looking at the website, I seems the expander do not have any functionality to eliminate RF noise due to long leads.
Anybody know which one will do:
-provides full power to servos and clean power to receivers
-optically isolated
-Allow use of two batteries. Do not require separate battery for receiver.
[link=http://smservices.net/acatalog/Large_Model_Units.html]SM Services[/link] have one that's optically isolated, but requires a separate receiver battery. The also have an optical isolation unit only.
I guess only the powerbox does it all.. (?)

See if the glitch buster will serve your needs. It does all you request except the seperate rx battery. It does provide total isolation even from RF that can be generated by battery leads. See http://www.emsjomar.com/SearchResult.aspx?CategoryID=4

mmm, maybe you are not reading the same website I am -
The Smart-Fly Power Expander provides full power to servos and clean power to receivers at an affordable price..
In addition, the input power is regulated and filtered before it is delivered to the receiver. All signals in and out of the unit are RF filtered resulting in extremely clean operation.
The channels with four servos have each servo individually buffered for clean signals with long servo leads.

I have a power box in my F-18, no problems at all... I used to have voltage problems before, which actually caused a flameout, but know it is perfect and safe...

I am currently using 4 of them in turbine jets with great sucess! They are quite a bit cheaper than the powerbox, also lighter. I also have used the powerbox 40/24 in my 40-50% aerobatic planes but have switched everything to the Power Expander. I am Very Happy with their performance! Anybody want some used Powerboxes I've got four of them in the shop not being used.

Love my Powerboxes but they may all be a thing of the past if this little beauty proves its worth!...

for me the best are the DPSI from RC-Electronics...(by keeping a original receiver...otherwise the weatronics stuff rocks...)
but sometime place is not enough...so in my F-15 i installed this:
http://www.rc-electronic.com/html/en.../dpsi_bic.html
a great piece of engineering..
he work with NIxx or Lixx battery..
and you get everything: min/max voltage of both battery, peak current, average and direct...regulated output voltage for servo and receivers...and if one battery fail or is not charged he start too beep very loudly...

And can anyone tell me what you don't get by not using the duralite product? I'm building a lightening and don't want to use a 500 device when a 100 dollar device will work just as good.
Any reason not to just use two receivers and two battery systems on the lightening? Certainly dividing the load between two systems should work??
