Has anybody been able to talk to Cindy lately? I sent several emails and left several phone messages and never heard back. The answering machine at the agency said that they were operating at a very limited capacity because of the hurricane damage - this was about three weeks ago.

Because I never heard back, I went ahead and made reservations at the Courtyard myself, as did some others from Richmond. Avoid the Swan unless you like 2 AM fire drills [&o]
