RE: F-15 in the Making
Hi angle, just thought that I would say that your F-15 looks great!!
I was planning on using that paint sceam as well.
I think I remember you saying that you needed to know what the numbers and other small graphix were and i'm sure that from the photos I have that just under the canopy it says in small bold letters JASDF with a larger 850 in black lettering just under that.
The tail has the number 50 in fairly large white letters with JASDF in small white letters beside that just above the white stripes on the tail.
On the largest white stipe on the virtical just above the horizontal it says in the same size black letters as the nose 52-8850 and lastly there is a roundel of sorts above the big white 50 on the tail of an eagle head silloet in black.
Hope that helps

What size turbine are you going to put in it? I have a Wren 44 and was thinking about building something similar, but I'm not real sure how big to make it. I was wondering if yours was designed for an engine that size?
I was also wondering what kind of retracts you used and where did you find a canopy that would fit?
Thanks.
Hal

I wish I had a turbine ,,,,,,, But not, I have a K/B .82, B&D retracts from tower hobbies, a U-CAN-DO canopy cut down to size.
As for the size , Its has a wingspan of 46in, fuse length is 58in nose to the tail cone. 9 1/2 pounds with fuel
Try to keep it as light as possible.
I think the 44 has about 8 pounds of thrust.
