Why post links to video clips of your models that do not work. It does nothing for your image.

Sorry for the video problem. I checked some of video links in Skymaster web site, but all works. Can you tell me which one not work? We will fix it ASAP. Also, you might go to AirPac's web site, we have some videos in here too. http://www.airpacmodels.com/media.htm

Hi Eric, Two that I tried were the F4 maiden & the F18E. Both do not work & have not worked for some time.

Edit. MB339 also does not work.

FWIW, I do not think that a broken video clip url would tarnish their image. Websites are constantly being updated and every now and then some items get messed up. JMOHO.

Your website is your shop window to the world, & you should ensure it works properly. How are customers to have confidence in your product if you cannot get your website to work properly?
Basic business practice.

Don't want to turn it into a Skymaster website bashing thread but I wish they'd get hold of a thumbnail generator, I got 4mb broadband but it still takes ages to load

Thank you for all of your suggestion. I believe the slow download video clip is due to the web hosting company. In fact, because a lot of pictures and videos in Skymaster website, it is close to maxim capacity for the space. Some of the videos we actually removed to another location. However, the hosting company for the other videos, do not function very well. We're thinking about changing to a different hosting company, to resolve the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

At the same time we will work on duplicating those videos, to AirPac Model and Al's Hobbies. To reduce long distance and to slow down the speed for download, North and South America, can download from AirPac Models and European customers can download from Ali's website. Hopefully we can finish this upgrade in a short period of time.

My suggestions for the skymaster site would be to put LESS pictures on each page, it takes ages to load pages, and to not bother putting video's up unless they are a higher quality, the video's that are on there are awful. It is important to have a first class website, so far the sites highlighting Skymaster jets do nothing to impress, they just let people know that they exist.
Just my opinion though
