Anyone care to share there thoughts about this. I was thinking of getting one. Does it only program hitec survos. Would the JR match box be better. I am using Hitec survos now... Is it a must have tool for the jet world...

I have the Hitec programmer. It will only work on Hitec servos. The JR digitals are not programmable like the Hitecs and the MPXs. It is a handy device to have, but you certainly don't need it unless you have a specific situation where it is necessary. It is very hard to compare it to the Matchbox. They are two entirely different products. It totally depends on you unique situation.

Woketman is right .It will only work on hitec but that is just about all I use anyway.the fact you can go in and reverse the servo is really nice plus you can slow them down for flaps.Servo city has the best price on it, that I know of.
