are you guys getting the cable? Is there a commercial source other than the dubro pull pull stuff? Like from a fishing tackle store? I'm running low and since then my local hobby shop has closed for good.

Sullivan control line cable works well and comes in 30 ft rolls.

.015 or .018? I see it at tower hobbies but only in a 60 foot roll or so.

I have had a .018 roll for over 10 years and have used it for pull pull setups on many types of planes. And i have used it for flying wires and well.

Sean,
Go to WalMart or a sporting goods shop and buy some of the plastic coated steel line that they sell. It comes in 30#- 40# test, 30# is what I use, you can also buy the line crimps there. It is only $3-$4

Thanks David,

Don't be a stranger dude, you coming to Austin in April if we get out of the burn ban? I talked my way into Roger's old F-18 Twin, don't know if it will be ready in time but sometime this year, what's the status of yours?

No it is nylon coated steel line. It is used for big game fish, It is carried by most tackle shops. I made a mistake I use the 60# test. It cost $3.00

Sean, I will be in Austin for your fly-in in April. We are thinking of going to the Tucson Jet Rally in March
