Default SkyMaster F15 Elevator deflection with flaps

Can anyone tell me what elevator deflection (up/down & how much) they are using with the flaps fully extended on the SM F15? My flaps extend about 3" downward as measured at the inboard trailing edge.

Would also like to know from experience what the best CG location is.

Thanks in advance,

Len
