The designer is here on RCU as user id BruceTharpe (http://www.rcuniverse.com/community/...=1&memid=80260), so you culd shoot him a PM and see. I could be wrong , but I thought he was selling it only as a kit, not as a plans-built model.

Hi Salvatore,
I have built two Reaction 54's from the kit. The accuracy of the parts is amazing. I doubt if ANYONE could cut the parts as well, I certainly could not.
I had mine shipped to Australia and the cost was not too bad.
Get the kit, it is worth the money.
