Default Looking for Jet

Hey,
Im reaching out for you knowledge. I am hoping to start a new project in the summer, im looking for a jet that will accept either a Ducted Fan or the "Flea" turbine. I want something scale like an F-16, F-14, F-15, SU-27, F-18.
I hope to pay less than $500 with out Engine, is this possible? Are there any Arf's or just kits?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Rob

Bob Parkinson makes several stand-off scale ducted fan jet kits in the $200-$300 range, including F-15 and F-18 kits. I'm taking my own BP F-15 regal Eagle out for her first day of ground trials in about an hour, actually. Thread is here: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_3565268/tm.htm

Some of his jets are "quick-build", and relatively easy to put together, others (like the F-15) are "short kits" at best, requiring a tremendous amount of work and time to build.

I can tell you this...Bob's support is OUTSTANDING, and I'm pleased to say that he's not only earned my future business for an F-18, but has become a friend as well.
