if you don't find one, you can make one from metal conduit and pinning a socket bit in the end of it.

I just made mine out of a length of steel tubing and tig welded a 1/2" drive short extension to it and used a socket on that, Oh make sure whatever starter you use that the socket on it in NOT a bi-hex one,they do not last for more that about 3 starts, make sure its a hex one and it will be fine for age's
