Weak Cylinder?

Hi Guys
Need your guidance. I have a Robert 630 retract the refuses to cycle correctly. It seems like it does not have enough force to raise/lower the structs/Wheel. I have dissembled it, but nothing seems warped. No obvious leak. It just seem as if the cylinder no longer can generate the required force.
They are in a hotspot, with quite a lot of flights, and some knocks
. How will go go about troubleshooting?
Thanks
Edgar

Take the cylinder out of the retracts. Check if it cycles freely or if it is difficult to move. If it is difficult to move you have found the problem. Disassemble, clean, maybe bend the connecting rod back in a straight shape, lube and get it back together (except if there is a noticeable dent, then de-dent it first).
If it moves freely, get pressure on it and listen if it leaks on the seal of the piston. If there are no problems there then either you have a clogged air line (no air reaching the unit), or the strut/unit is so bent that the mechanical part itself causes the jamming.
Good luck
