Default gas turbines?

Could you all list all of the manufacturers you know of and their websites?

I know its more manufacturers than in the turbine support forum.

I am trying to pirce them and get the best deal on one.

Thanks,
Grant

There was a poll of turbine owners at

http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_34...tm.htm#3495957

Although this list alone does not give a full insight as you could by a cheap Jetjoe and have lots of anguish fixing it to run and end up with a very low resale value. For a few dollars more you might get a Wren mk111 with real 14 lbs thrust and strong resale value that reflects the high regard they have by users. The service charges and intervals are worth factoring in to a buyers choice. Jetcat on a P80 have dropped UK prices by a margin of 33% which may spill over to the USA, this sounds great value until you then consider the current P80 owners who see their resale value slashed too.
Just my 2 pennies worth

Hello[8D]

Artes is good one good service too!One thing you need to no service after sale is important and look at the fuel consuption per minute !
Guess look to the oil need too .More the % of oil is high more flamme in the back and more long it is!It what i see with many brand!
For me the Artes is fast economic on consuption and good other brand to.just take a tour to different site and see guys with their turbine ask few question you will see.For the present now Jetcat is the cheaper price and Behotec too!

Chow to next time

Is the P80 heavy for the power it puts out? Or is there a design issue or other issue? They seem to be a good value.

the P80 is just "old design", was one of the first on the market with full autostart..but now is surpassed

or in other words, for the same turbine size, jetcat has made the P160 (titan), she give the double of thrust....
is a good turbine, no problem at all..but today with the same size you can get more..

as today i will buy a P160...same size, just more expensive, but faster spool up time, and by reducing the RPMs you have a P-80..
