Looks like it might be UAE, Egypt, or possibly Jordan, but I'll need to check references tonight at home.

The flag on the tail is Kuwait

It's not UAE - thought it might be but found some UAE markings and they were different.

That is the Jordanian Hawk.

According to "Flags of the World" the flag is Kuwaiti on the tail

The Jordanian one has a star. No star on the one in the first post.

It's United Arab Emirates

OK end of guessing. That is a Dubai Hawk Mk 61 with registration 501 as the photo indicates. The attached scan show that 501 belongs to the Dubai A.F.
I am enclosing a copy of the Dubai AF emblem. This is in jpeg format but a vector formatted one is also available.

Like it says at the top of the page,

"United Arab Emirates" of which Dubai is a part of.

I just saw this thread and Bob (Meesh) is correct.

This is a UAE marking. Dubai is a main port city and Abu Dhabi is the capital.

I live close by, so and my mom lives in Dubai. United Arab Emirates are Emirates that have been united. They are basically states. There are 7 states that were united by late sheik Zayied, Dubai is most famous state in the ARAB/Persian Gulf nowadays since it is becoming the new Hong Kong in the region. However the entire air force belongs to the UAE.
