It too late to change my flight.[:@]

Tam
I would at least wait until after the
event before I would disclose anything to Dave if he is going to represent you
at LA Jets.
On the second note, I better order my world smallest Violin before you run out of excuses with your attendance.

Hey Billy. Sounds great.
Will you bring the A-10?
We will have to put you to work this time to keep you from cleaning up the trophies.

Jason,
China trip can't wait for me. I don't leave now. All my products put another month behide schedule.
Factory only good at making products. But not good to make it better. That why is spend so much time in china just to make sure nothing go wrong with my production.
I'm serious. I though that next week is LA jets.
Can you move one week early for me.
Anyways, if you guys plan to fly on sunday. I might come early enough to get few flights before catch my flight.

OK, who set the Basin on fire??? [:@][:'(][X(]
If I thought we were going to have a bon-fire, I would have brought marshmallows and hot-dogs

Yes we had a Bandit that went in and no it was not one of mine. It did put the flying on hold for two hours, but flying resumed after everything settled down. It was neat to watch all of it, but it really did take away from the flying.

RE: La Jets Summer 2006
We finally managed to send Scale Dail Home with a smile.
Congratulations on working out the engine problem.
Thanks to our local Fire Department boys, the fire was contained fairly quickly.
They joined us for some spectating action after they put out the fire and the club also picked up one of them as
a new member .
For the guys that attended the event today, Thanks for your patience and for not flying until the LA-FD did
their job.
We will have a great day of flying tomorrow.
All the Best

RE: La Jets May 20 & 21 2006
I heard that the Basin might ban jets now (after the Prado incident and now this fire)-- it seems that the powers-that-be feel that jets are creating too many problems. The play-toys of the rich are creating a danger to the general public. Now there will be nowhere for the SoCal jet guys to go now. First Mile Square, then El Toro, then Prado and now Sepulveda.

I don't know who is giving you these informations, but they are obviously not accurate.
I suggest that you acquire your information from more legid/reliable sources like the Valley Flyers Board.
Just so you know, Mile Square and El-Toro were closed due to none RC related issues.
At Chino, they were closed down for breaking the FAA and Parks and Rec's rules and laws.
In our case today the facility was used based on the Rules and Boundaries of the Basin as it was intended to be used .In other words NO LAW WAS BROKEN.
There is 0 official talk about anything regarding jets being banned at the Basin.
