Hi,
I am looking for some information to help my friend with his F-104, the plane is about 88"x 48".
I am looking for CG location, turbine location and retract location.
The plane was flown several years ago on a Dynamax Fan, but the CG was too far back and the plane did a tail stand and did un noticable damage to the flying stab. We calculated the CG, it must have been wrong. A wrench (for nose weight) later, the plane made 3/4 of a lap and flew into a man hole (straight down, nothing left). Now he has another plane on the table, and I would like to start with better odds.
Please let me know if anyone has been flying a similar size F-104.
Thanks,
John
