I believe i read the story about that picture once..

A car-chase on the tarmac i believe. The F-15 was parked, and the police-car lost control and ended up parking under the parked jet.

I think that was it, but it's been a while so i'm not sure...

I vaguely remember some of the details of this incident. With the exception of damaging this beautiful warbird, the story will make you chuckle.

Reason why you shouldn't talk on your cell phone while operating a moving vehicle.

Two young Military Police airmen (airpeople???) one male (driver) one female (passenger). Apparently, the driver was talking on the phone and became distracted. The phone dropped somewhere near the floorboard (um hum) and the passenger "leaned over" to assist the driver. Well...next thing you know BAM right into the Eagle.

I'm sure some of my Zoomie brothers have more accurate info but everytime I see this pic, I a chesire cat grin overwhelms me.

thanks for the chuckle,

buck

I think I still have a link to the site that has full photos and story for what happened. I'll see if I can find it and post it.
