Hi, I had two of these jets. They are very fast with a .91 size engine. I don't have any video or manual for one. Iron Bay Models bought the rights to this jet ages ago. The last time I talked to them, they said they were going to make them available again when they get their foam injection machine working again. That's been almost a year ago. They still had a few parts for them as of three months ago. They also had instruction manuals.

Buy a beat up Yellow A-4 and F-16.
Glue the wings and stabs from the F-16 to the A-4 and wa la your very own bullet.

You're absolutely right. The bullet is nothing more than the A-4 that uses the flying surfaces of the F-16

With its small size, it might be interresting to convert it in EDF. With the EVF Viofan, when it will be available.
