Default Fei Bao Jets

Hey guys

http://www.fbjets.com/index.php?Jet=1

Does anyone have any experience of these jets yet?? I know Tam has flown the Rafale and it looked great!! It seems the have a great range of kits for sale.

I'm guessing they were the suppliers for SM?? Is there a UK rep yet or are we ordering straight from the factory?

Thanks

Chris

Dave,

Is Tam going to handle all of the FB jets for sale in the US? I tried email exchanges with them last week and I am not too sure they understand English very well. I asked for the price and availability if an F-15 in the Bicentennial paint scheme and the response was "We are not familiar with that aircraft". I sent them a picture of it from their own web site and he never responded again.

Just wonderin...

My understanding is that Tam will not be handling any of the FB jets which conflict with the Skymasters range. I.e. the F15, F18, Hawk and Gripen.Looking forward to hearing details of the Uk rep.

I just took delivery of two F15 airbrakes, some f18 fuel tanks and a carbon by-pass, Quality is excelent especially on the air brake.. the cylinder is excellent and the brake holds the closed position well.

We have just received our 1st demo kits from FeiBao jets and they are very well made,
Paint finish top class and retracts, brake ect are made very strong,
all wings rudders and mounts fit perfect with very little gap.
I will post some pictures soon of them.
we have the Chippy Ho F-18 with all options that is going to be PST1300 powered.
our 2nd Kit is the F-15 with a custom paint scheme.

My good friend Eftychios (Cyprusjets) just received his first kits for demos. A rafale and an F-22. I was amazed at the quality. Definitely much higher quality than what I expected. Lovely paint job and the retracts look like they are of very high quality, they fit perfectly in the trunions. My good friends jascat100 and cairoman were also present.

Thanks Paul

Beave, sorry about the confusion. Tams admin does not speak very good english, nor would she know much about this. Tam is usually there 24/7, so if you have any questions just ask for him.
John Agnew is correct, we will not be getting involved in the F-15, F-18, Gripen.
We will be handling the Hawk, wich has been improved/modified/re-moulded from the SM version.
Yes TamJets will be the US distributor for Fai Bao's: Rafale, Hawk, and F-86.
These kits come with upgraded TamJets hardware/accessories, complete instruction manual written from test flying, available through Tamjets in the US and Als Hobbies in Europe. The hawks, and Rafale's are on the water now and will be available for shipping in 30 day's or so (whenever the slow boat from China gets here.). Als Hobbies is the Exclusive UK distributor, but he is allowed to support all of Europe. So if you are across the pond, give Ali a call. Otherwise you can contact one of the other fine dealers listed in this thread.
I have flown the Rafale, its a great flying plane, there is video on TamJets website http://www.tamjets.com/rafale.htm
Take Care,
Dave

Hi Paul, pictures and video will be out shortly. The shop is so busy getting ready for SuperMan that we have not gotten a chance to do much flying. The weather is 72deg calm winds clear skies..........and were stuck in the shop.[:'(]
As far as it being "more scale then the SM version", that is a very loaded question. Let me just answer by saying that was the intention of re-doing the model, and it looks incredible.
I will post a note on this thread when our website is updated with the pics and video.
Regards,
Dave

Yes the shop been super busy. Getting all this planes ready for Superman and doing the instruction manual same time.
Hope everything is done by the container arrived.
Hawk is still under testing. Once we give our stamp approval. We will have the price and available time frame. Some of the Europe dealers already had this kit sold. But Tamjets kit be done correctly with instruction manual and completely tested before we offer to the public.
We promise the testing will done soon.

The F-86 are putting together by one of our local friend. Since we are too busy getting ready for Superman.
We don't have the time to assemble and tested. After we coming back from Superman. We will have this plane tested.
