Default Servicing times

Hello

I'm wondering wich are your experiencies with the service of the different turbine manufacturer.

Specially wich are the times (days, weeks) you have to wait to get your turbine back for a service/retrofit/overhaul

thank you

alessio

In my opinion Wren give by far the best & most personal service. You don't get the runaround or broken promises.
I wish they would make 120 & 160 size turbines. They would corner the market.

Regards

Jim

Don't know yet, my Simjet has only 10 1/2 hours but I suspect service will be fast with the service center here in the USA.

Two votes on "Never get back.." I wonder who this was...[]

By the way Artes Rules!!! I am a dealer and when my customers have had a problem, the engines get back in about a week, and we are all the way down in Chile. Also if the repair is in warranty they even pay for shipping charges. They do what ever necesary to have you grounded as little as posible. From my point of view they are number one...

Holy cow Sean, you have not received your engine back from service?
Do you mean to tell me that you will not have your EuroSport at my event this weekend?

What a shame.

they pay for shipping one way? or back and forth?
nice from a dealer to say they have the best service.
i think this poll is for the enduser and not the dealer.....

That is why I sayed I am a dealer so people don't come with coments about it... It is the dealer point of view... and as I said "From my point of view"...

You may check this thread and see it is not only a dealer comment...
