Eddie,

I was able to look at the pictures, although pics 2 and 3 took a while to download.

Hey Mark

Like that nose wheel. No wonder you wanted to have spare rubber around!

BTW, Gotta like that glow!

eddie,

when you are ready with your link, just above this field when you are typing there are several "buttons"... press the IMG for "image" then paste your link in there.... should work, but your images are huge!

Cedric took those picts with that 3 mega-pixel Olympus with the 10X optical zoom. One heck of a camera. That was Sunday Dec 22nd at Lumberton. We are heading there again tomorrow. Ed, I was having a bad gear day. One of the stearing cables on the Robart nose gear broke on takeoff and I did not even notice, but I sure did on landing. Actually, I have the CG so far back now on the Isobar that, at the end of a flight, I can keep the nose in the air until its not moving so no damage and no extreme wear. I really love these Trim brakes!!!

Default Isobar

Looking at these photos brings back bittersweet memories. I miss my poor Isobar, but am looking forward to building the new one. It shall rise from the ashes like the Phoenix! In fact, that might be a good name for it. The IsoPhoenix? Phoenibar? None of those sound right, I gotta think about this.
