Can someone tell me the color of the scale Urofighter. I have a photo and the grey camo appeares to have a blue or green hue to it. The plane is a base light grey and the second grey (camo) is a darker grey but has a hue to it. Also if anyone has some close up shots of the small details on the inlet and base of the tail, I cant make out what it has for nomenclature. Thanks Mike

Hi Mike,

The DA1 prototype (and early DA2, before it was painted british and later became black with the sensors) was not yet in "military" dress, meaning it was painted in the german RAL color system, not the FS-colors.

RAL codes are:

RAL 7032 radome
RAL 7035 lower surfaces
RAL 7044 upper surfaces
RAL 7001 top fuselage & fin

If you have trouble getting your hands on RAL please drop me a line.

I also have all decals ready for this bird (as well as for the other birds).

Mike can you check to see if those scale nozzles are available for the euro. I definately know that I am no test for the Rhino.
