Hello All,

I'm now on a mission to find out how others have viewed and/or been treated in the past by Sophia Precision.

I sent my J-450S to Sophia 2 months ago for a bearing change and inspection. This wasn't an issue where I simply sent my engine without their previous knowlege of it's impending arrival. In fact, Mr. H personally insisted that I send my engine directly to him for service. So, I did.

Mr. H. acknowleged the engines arrival. This, along with the delivery documents, confirmed receipt.

Now, he's had my equipment for 2 months! My last communication (that he answered) was in the beginning of January when he told me I could expect my engine returned by Mid-January. It's been a month...no engine. I have attempted to contact him twice in the last month. He apparently has quit answering emails.

I'm beginning to become more than conserned. He's had my engine, ECU, fuel pump, oil pump and cut-off valves for 2 months without as much as an email within the last 30 days (I have attempted to contact him regularly.)

Can any current or previous Sophia owners reading this please take a few moments to either PM or email me your experiences with Mr. H and Sophia? I'm wanting to keep this from becoming a slug-fest full of unnecessary flames, comments, etc.

Just email me your thoughts or experiences (good and bad) so I can make a semi-informed decision on how I need to pursue this.
