Does anyone know of someone that sells / makes a nice detailed cockpit for the BVM Bobcat composite? If not specificaly made for the Bobcat something close that with some minor work will fit. Thanks.

BVM sells a nice cockpit kit designed for the BobCat Composite which includes the cockpit deck and a crystal clear transparency, and excellent instructions.

The original cockpit, if you want to call it a cockpit stinks for any scale detail. get a skymaster 1/8 f16 and retrofit it.
I pieced together parts from two cockpits to produce what is in my C_bobcat. I started with the stock cockpit from BVM and added to it.

Alan - did it take a lot of work to get the SM kit to fit in your BC? I have the BVM one still in the bag, took one look at it deceided to wait for something more scale looking. The SM kit looks good.

I like using pannel parts from www.eastcoastvario.com for my BobCat instrument pannels .. for the other stuff, you can piece it together from other cockpit parts ... figure any 1/7 scaleish size cockpit could be plundered for its components.

I actually bought one of the BVM cockpit kits and lets just say its not as detailed as I'm looking for. Thanks anyway.

you will still need the BVM deck, tub and likely also the dash .. all the other "scale" looking stuff you can get a hold of, or get off of other cockpit kits would be atatched and mounted to this .. I have seen the BBI Cockpit fitted in a King Cat, but unfortunately thats just way too big for the BobCat ....
