I spend alot of time sitting at the FBO at Waco airport. On the approach to landing over the lake I have seen the flying field on the other side and man it looks like a great place to fly. Where can I find driving directions to the field?

I'm stuck in Tennessee on a slow going test. There's a small chance we might come back for the weekend - if so, I'll be there - the Topcat is already in the van! [8D]
On the other hand, I went to a swap met in Alabama last weekend, and met a friend I used to fly with back in St. Louis, so that's cool. Never know who you run into...

Don't forget, set your clocks back tonight. See ya tomorrow. Maybe Buck will bring a box of Kolaches if he stops in West. I like apricot, pineapple and if I feel a little stopped up, prune will do.

rough count around 15 bubbas and around 20 jets. not bad for an afternoon gathering of local to semi-local jet folks. good flying by everyone today. a good warm up for some folks going to P'Cola in a couple of weeks.
lookin' forward to the next gathering.
take care

Hi Bob
Anyone flying jets at ARCA yet? Sean and I are thinking about going since they lifted the burn ban. Last time I was out there, a guy mentioned planes going in due to possible area construction frequency conflicts...?

don't sweat it amigo, there's always next time. besides, inevitably as soon as you leave something major will require your assistance and you don't want that guilt trip layed upon you.
what the hell is a kolache?

what the hell is a kolache?Well Buckee-Poo-Bear, did you get a kolache? I love the Jal-peen-yo stuffed ones.
Almost as good as gas station burritos. On another note. I maidend my baby boomer with an FTE 750 installed. We down rated the thrust.
The engine works great with that airframe,it does take a little nose weight to balance it. What a fun model.
