Lost it due to engine power loss, fuel system contamination from looking at the engine downloads.

The cockpit is just masked over until I shot the clear coat. It has a new Artes Super Eagle for power; they replaced the old one even though they suspected the fault to be with the fuel. The maiden flight was done while it was still in primer; I got three flights on it before it got painted. It’s a little over two pounds lighter that the first one thanks to better equipment placement and simplifying the canopy actuating system.

Thanks Nick, here are some picture of the missles and pylons, and some of the old and new canopy actuation system. I may still rework the new canopy system to get more throw.

Thanks Wayne

they are very useful

Does the air ram behind the seat operate the lever that hooks the cross bar assembly on the centre bracket of the canopy?

The air ram on the seat does actuate the canopy lock it was controlled by a retract sequencing valve. The new setup eliminates the sequencer, with the canopy ram itself running the locking rods into the fwd canopy frame.
