Hitec programmer question

After I set the end points in the servo with the programmer what should my ATV's in my radio be set to. Do I just put them to zero since the endpoints will be set in the servo itself. In case your wondering this is for the split elevon on the Roo. I am trying to get each wing elevon to match itself when it goes up and down.
Thanks for the info,
David

My Feedback: (10)
I would set the tranny values to the default setting (100% on my 10x) and then fine tune with the Hitec programmer.
You still do NOT want to limit servo throw severely to adjust throws, best use as much throw available and cut down the deflection if needed by using a longer control horn (or shorter servo arm). Use the centering only for fine tuning throws.
