Default XtremeJets Rafale

Hi,

For all those waiting for the XtremeJets Rafale, here is a sneak preview. I will do some flying after i have completed the build. The white version will be ready from next week. The Camo will take longer for painting. This prototype is for manual and does not include the clear canopy! Gear doors have a moulded inner. Wings and canards have carbon shafts.

Regards

Morne

How was your buying experience? Did you pay by credit card? Was the transaction trouble free? Did you get a tracking number? How long did it take to get the jet?

Thanks!!

Morne - are you a dealer / rep for XtremeJets ? If so, you oughta update your sig, so that people know where you're coming from.

I love the shape of the Rafale. Can't wait to get mine. I'm thinking about a striking sport sceme for mine, that doesn't look to much like any of the other Rafales out there.

Gordon.

He is for South Africa. Also since XtremeJets is not a paid advertiser here on RCU (I’m checking into it), they have exceeded one product announcement per month and as such this thread will be removed soon.

Thanks Ben.

Speaking purely personally, I'm not hugely bothered about whether he has exceeded his product-plugging rights (though I know those do need to be enforced in order to avoid anarchy at times) - I just would like to see that people know whether he has a vested interest in the product or not.

Maj Woody's post suggests to me that some people are seeing Morne as a customer who would give unbiased feedback, rather than as a commercially vested guy whose bias (intentional or otherwise) needs to be understood.

Morne, can you elaborate on the quality of the kit, the gear, and the individual parts. How complete was it when you got it. Can you take a closeup picture of the formers at thier seems. What type of adhesive would you venture to say they used. Any and all info on it would be appreciated.

digitech, jesus dude, get a grip

Closing this one pending investigation of Morne's affiliation with Xtremejets.

Thanks in advance for your understanding.
