Can anyone representing RAM engines please clarify what the current sitiation is regarding supply and service of RAM engines in the UK ? According to the latest issue of RCJI Ripmax/Hobby Stores are the new UK dealers for RAM engines, however Ian Mc Larn of Turbotek posted this recently...TURBOTEK
UK RAM DEALER / SERVICE AGENT
Hi everybody
Just a quick email to clarify the position regarding RAM engine supply in the
UK.
Contrary to recent articles and advertisements in the modelling press,
Turbotek are still the distibutors/dealers for RAM engines throughout the UK.
We still carry stocks of the current range of engines, and a vast selection
of all the usual accessories and fittings, required to operate turbine
engines.
Open all hours, which my regular customers will confirm, and always ready to
answer any questions or queries regarding RAM engines, and others for that
matter.
Some carification needed I think.

Hi Rob,
It would have been best to give RAM a ring if you need clarification on a UK thing...this is mainly an American Forum! BTW...you thinking abt buying a decent engine, then? :-)
See you at the JMA AGM??? - Turbotek will be there so maybe you could ask Ian then!
Take it easy,
Dick

Thanks Dick, I will be at the JMA AGM and also the GTBA AGM...handy they are at the same location/weekend. I'll give Ian a ring later today. Have you got any trade details for the AGM yet Dick ?
Thanks for the reply, Rob.

Hi Rob,
I pushed all the gen out to JMA members last Friday...if you're a member you should get it real soon.
If not, traders coming are: Turbotek, Permagrit, Jetline, Mick Reeves, SPS Turbines, Thorjet, Steve Rickett and Motors and Rotors.
The Avonvale Club are doing a jet meet at Long Marston the day after the AGM...but I presume you'll be at the GTBA AGM on that day?
See you sometime,
Dick
